• Local Chapter Participation -Participate in all local chapter events and activities, including bi-monthly mothers support meetings with topics pertinent to your life as a mom, community service projects, fundraising efforts, mom’s nights out/in, respite for new mothers, kids socials and semi-annual family gatherings.
• Sisterhood and Community – Work in concert and share your experiences with moms who understand your perspective as a mother of color or mother of multi-cultural children.
• Leadership Skills – Use and develop leadership and project management skills by taking a leadership role in your chapter. Become an active part of a committee, chair a committee or join the executive team. Chapter leadership offers a wonderful opportunity to use and hone your talents while remaining home with your children.
• Local & Regional Newsletters -Information-packed newsletters sent via email with tips, articles, recipes, and news from Mocha Moms, Inc. chapters locally and regionally.
• Online Support – Access to the Member’s Only Sections of the Mocha Moms, Inc. website www.mochamoms.org and the local chapter website which includes news, information, access to newsletters, photos and communications from chapters around the country, useful links and many member networks.  Members also can follow Mocha Moms on Facebook and Twitter.
• Conferences – Participation in all national, regional and state Mocha Moms, Inc. functions.
